A bunch of fresh spinach

A bunch of fresh kale

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 ½ ripe banana

2 tbsp of maple syrup

150ml plant-based milk

3 tbsp of oats

Ice, to serve


Step 1:


Add all ingredients into a blender except the ice. Blend until smooth.

Step 2:


Add into two glasses with ice. Serve when fresh.
