10-Day Smoothie Challenge – Guide to Getting Started and Becoming a Smoothie Master

Welcome to the 2022 Daily Regimens 10-Day Smoothie Challenge. This is the free version of the challenge in which you will receive limited support and materials, as well as a scaled-down version of the challenge workbook.

You must be registered for a free membership in order to gain access to the free version of the challenge and your smoothie challenge guide download.

Once you are registered, you will receive an invitation to the private “basic regimens” group in our online community where you will find your free downloads and will be able to interact with other members who are participating in the challenge.

As a paid smoothie challenge member you will receive a complimentary smoothie recipe book with 40 smoothie recipes. These recipes come complete with a MyFitnessPal barcode so that you can track your meals and smoothies quickly and easily.

Please note, that beginning October 1, 2022, MyFitnessPal requires you to have a paid membership in order to continue to utilize the barcode scan functionality on their app. They are currently offering 50% off on memberships. This will affect your ability to use the barcodes in our smoothie recipe books when tracking your meals on MyFitnessPal.
