Flexibility is an important asset to retain as you get older. The straddle stretch will help you to retain the necessary flexibility to keep your body functioning well.
It is important that you do not try to force your body into a perfect split, while this exercise will help keep you fit and flexible, it can also cause you to injure yourself if you try to force your body to stretch.
