Welcome to Movement Fitness Boot Camp! It has been said that sitting is the new smoking. More people than ever before practice a lifestyle of sitting with very little movement, especially as more people begin to work from home. We teamed up with our in-house fitness instructor, Ro Little to create a program to get you out of your seat. Let’s start 2023 with a focus on great movement habits.
This program is two weeks long and it is designed for you to use over and over again. You can incorporate this fitness routine into your daily fitness regimen by doing the whole program on repeat, or you can choose to stick with your favorite fitness routines. Each day of the boot camp is numbered so you can instantly identify which workout you are doing. Before you get started, here is a short message from Ro about our program!
